Fountain at Piazza del Viminale, Rome
The fountain on Piazza del Viminale in Rome is in the center of the square, next to the building of the headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The fountain project was developed in 1929 by Publio Morbiducci. In the center of the pool, the architect placed a large rectangular base, and along the perimeter he established 20 stone columns. Like most of the buildings in Rome, the fountain of Viminale eventually required restoration. In 1999 the monument of architecture was restored.
